Vind je chocola ontzettend lekker? Of ben je zelfs verslaafd aan het bruine goed? Dat laatste zou goed kunnen, want chocola heeft bijzondere eigenschappen, zeggen ze.
Het zou ontspannend, oppeppend, euforisch en lustopwekkend zijn, en voor sommige vrouwen zelfs belangrijker dan seks. Aan de andere kant zijn de verslavingsstofjes in zo’n geringe mate aanwezig, zodat je kilo’s moet eten voor een enigszins prettig effect.
Toch kun je misschien moeilijk zonder chocola. Vooral tijdens de dagen voor de menstruatie kan het lastig zijn om de lekkerste reep te weerstaan.
Hoe kan dat toch?  

Endorfines
Eigenlijk is het heel simpel. Telkens als je iets lekkers eet, komen er stofjes (endorfines) in de hersenen vrij, die je een blij en ontspannen gevoel geven.
Vind je chocola erg lekker? Dan reageren je hersenen heel sterk op je favoriete reep of bonbons.

Endorfines komen sowieso vrij bij het eten van suiker en vetten. Ijs triggert dus deze afgifte; koek ook en chocola doet dat ook. Immers, het bruine goed bestaat voor bijna de helft uit vet en voor een groot deel uit suiker. Niet zo gek dus dat jouw lievelingsreep een prima middel is om je met behulp van endorfines een prettig gevoel te geven.

Bijzonder
Maar waarom is chocolade toch zo bijzonder? Als chocola lustopwekkend en euforisch is, dan zouden ijs of gebak dat toch ook kunnen zijn?
En zijn vrouwen gevoeliger voor chocola dan mannen, zoals altijd wordt beweerd?

Helaas is chocola dikmakend denk men ja de vetten en suikers die zijn toegevoegd maken dik maar niet met Xocai gezonde chocolade.

3. Dagelijks een paar blokjes Xocai chocola heeft een bloeddruk en cholesterol verlagend effect.
4. Vrouwen die chocola eten hebben een beter seksleven dan vrouwen die geen chocola eten;

9. Misschien geloof je het niet, maar er zijn mannen en vrouwen die niet van chocola houden....
